一、安全使用

本退磁机是能够发出电磁场的，这些电磁场能对某些人（如装有心脏起搏器的人）产生影响。因此需严格禁止此类人员接触本设备。

The demagnetizer is capable of emitting electromagnetic fields that can affect certain individuals (such as those with pacemakers). Therefore, such personnel must be strictly prohibited from coming into contact with this equipment.

退磁线圈工作时还会对信用卡、移动存储设备等依靠磁性工作的设备的磁性介质受损。因此这些物品不可接近退磁装置。

When the demagnetizing coil is operating, it can also damage the magnetic media of devices that rely on magnetism, such as credit cards and mobile storage devices. Therefore, these items must not be brought close to the demagnetizing device.

在退磁机设备的作业范围内，如果有必须的作业任务，那么首先要切断退磁机的供电电源。

Within the operating range of the demagnetizer equipment, if there is a necessary task to be performed, the power supply to the demagnetizer must first be cut off.

由于传送装置设计为皮带，设备的外露辊轮与输送带会有卷入的危险，因此在设备运转时禁止非操作人员接近设备。

Due to the conveyor device being designed with belts, there is a risk of entanglement with the exposed rollers and conveyor belts, so non-operational personnel must be prohibited from approaching the equipment while it is running.

三、产品说明

本产品利用电流通过退磁线圈形成磁场，然后将工件通过输送带输送通过磁场，再远离这个磁场，施加在工件上的磁场随着工件的远离而由大变小直至零值，实现远离法退磁使得工件的剩磁达到理想值以内。

This product utilizes current passing through the demagnetizing coil to create a magnetic field, then transports the workpiece through the magnetic field via a conveyor belt, and then moves away from this magnetic field. The magnetic field applied to the workpiece decreases from a high value to zero as the workpiece moves away, achieving demagnetization through the removal method, bringing the workpiece's residual magnetism to within an ideal value.

退磁电流可根据需要调节大小高，详细的判别方法需参考实际的工件尺寸，由现操作训人调试。

The demagnetizing current can be adjusted according to need, and the detailed method of determination should refer to the actual dimensions of the workpiece, to be adjusted by the current operator.

四、工作流程

在自动运行状态下，工件输送带带动工件通过退磁线圈并远离到设备末端，完成退磁过程。一个工作周期完成。

In the automatic operation state, the workpiece conveyor belt transports the workpiece through the demagnetizing coil and moves away to the end of the equipment, completing the demagnetization process. One work cycle is completed.

五、操作方法

1、接通电源

在运行设备前，需先将电源开关打开，电源指示灯亮；

Before operating the equipment, the power switch must first be turned on, causing the power indicator light to illuminate;

2、自动操作

在自动状态下，只需按下“工作”按钮设备立即启动运行，包括退磁线圈、输送电机均同时运行。

In the automatic state, simply press the "Work" button to immediately start the equipment's operation, including the simultaneous operation of the demagnetizing coil and the conveyor motor.

3、人工操作

在人工状态下，可以在控制面板上分别操作机器的各个部件的工作。

In the manual state, the operation of each component of the machine can be controlled separately on the control panel.

操作方法如下：

The operation method is as follows:

1）调节退磁电流：

利用“调节旋钮”设定退磁电流，退磁电流数值由“退磁电流指示”显示；

1.Adjusting the demagnetizing current:

Use the "Adjustment Knob" to set the demagnetizing current, which is displayed by the "Demagnetizing Current Indicator";

2）退磁工作：

按下“工作”按钮，可启动设备退磁功能；按“停止”按钮可停止设备退磁功能；

2.Demagnetizing work:

Press the "Work" button to activate the equipment's demagnetizing function; press the "Stop" button to stop the equipment's demagnetizing function;

注：1、设备退磁功能的启用，需注意将“通/断”拨动开关打向“通”否则设备将不会启动退磁功能。此“通/断”拨动开关同样适用于光电开关。

Note: 1. To enable the equipment's demagnetizing function, pay attention to switching the "On/Off" toggle switch to "On", otherwise the equipment will not start the demagnetizing function. This "On/Off" toggle switch also applies to the photoelectric switch.

2、对于小工件，建议降低退磁电流，防止强磁场将工件吸附住不能实现远离法退磁。

2.For small workpieces, it is recommended to reduce the demagnetizing current to prevent a strong magnetic field from attracting the workpiece and preventing the removal method of demagnetization from being achieved.
